Beehive Ventures Group's inception marked the culmination of strategic mergers aimed at propelling microalgae research and development to new heights. Today, our unwavering focus lies in assessing the diverse applications of our pioneering products and their market potential. Powered by state-of-the-art microalgae emulsion technology, forged through fruitful collaborations with local community colleges, Beehive has achieved breakthroughs in lipid extraction, transforming them into premium-grade diesel fuel for road use and electricity generation.
Moreover, the residual biomass, boasting a protein content ranging from 40% to 55% of its dry weight, holds immense nutritional value validated by organizations such as The World Health Organization and The Food and Agricultural Organization. This presents a compelling opportunity for a seamless integration into the food supply chain. We are currently working in collaboration with NC State University studying the effects of our microalgae with the intent of enriching the diets of our nation’s livestock. This, along with various industry professional contacts, reaffirms Beehive's steadfast commitment to driving sustainable solutions and catalyzing positive transformation.
Microalgae, the versatile unicellular organisms found across various aquatic environments, hold immense promise as a renewable energy source. Harnessing their natural ability to rapidly reproduce through photosynthesis, we have unlocked the potential for sustainable energy and feed production on a remarkable scale. Additional collaboration with the University of North Carolina-Wilmington may, in fact, increase the scales even further.
At the heart of our innovation lies the quest to create the optimal cultivation conditions through the science of epigenetics. Perfecting the Closed Loop Accentuation Process has been our driving force to overcome challenges in biomass productivity and refining our approach to meet a currently unsatisfied demand. Driven by the remarkable potential of microalgae and our unwavering dedication to innovation we are hopeful of providing a healthier society resulting from a healthier livestock food supply, as well as, a sustainable production of bioenergy.
Our journey involves the meticulous design of equipment and instrumentation tailored to control every aspect of an uncontaminated cultivation process. We ensure precision and efficiency at every step; powered by 'Algærithm', a proprietary heuristic algorithm crafted by our team of engineers.
With each breakthrough, we move closer to realizing a future where renewable energy is not just a possibility but a tangible reality. We stand poised to revolutionize industries and lead the charge towards a brighter, more sustainable future.
Our journey at the forefront of technological development has brought us to a pivotal stage of maturity. With the successful design, construction, and operation of a 40% scaled demo unit, we have demonstrated the readiness of our solutions for commercialization and market integration.
Looking ahead, our sights are set on the establishment of a full-scale facility in SE North Carolina in 2024. The Company has acquired 60 acres of land at Lake Waccamaw in Columbus County SE North Carolina and is now building the Essam Bio-Energy Facility, a super-sized facility designed and scaled to meet the much-expanded demand from livestock farms. This strategic location is poised to address a significant portion of the agricultural industry's needs in the region, with the ability to scale up operations to significantly address demands across national and global markets.
As we embark on this next phase, our focus on manufacturing equipment remains paramount. Proceeds from our shares will be directed towards acquiring essential equipment, infrastructure, and operational expenses to ensure the seamless operation of our innovation facility.
Once our SE North Carolina Facility is operational, our vision expands to the global stage. With an eye towards international markets, we anticipate fostering exports to support our market readiness initiatives.
In response to burgeoning international interest, Beehive Ventures Group, Inc. has strategically entered Memorandums of Understanding to license our cutting-edge technology, paving the way for lucrative royalty streams from resulting sales. Upholding our commitment to transparency and financial prudence, these technology licenses are invoiced in advance, ensuring mutual trust and accountability.
Furthermore, as we expand our footprint across borders, Beehive Ventures Group, Inc. will facilitate the establishment of international facilities by offering operational equipment and direct supplies. To ensure seamless transactions and mitigate risks, all international sales will be conducted through confirmed Letters of Credit, bolstering financial security and stability.
In addition to our commercial endeavors, we are poised to leverage carbon tax credits and explore the potential of carbon credit futures. By aligning with global efforts to achieve carbon neutrality, we not only bolster our environmental credentials but also contribute meaningfully to the collective sustainability goals set forth by governments and corporations worldwide.
As we push the boundaries of microalgae technology, we remain steadfast in our commitment to environmental stewardship. Our focus extends beyond mere productivity to address global concerns such as carbon footprint reduction, aligning our efforts with the urgent need for sustainable solutions.
Through strategic partnerships, financial prudence, and a steadfast commitment to sustainability, Beehive Ventures Group, Inc. is poised to emerge as a global leader in driving positive change and fostering sustainable growth on a truly international scale.

Founding member, born in 1976 in Curitiba, Brazil. First employment after leaving school was in the plastic engineering molding industry, where conception and innovation went hand in hand designing plastic molding to manufacture parts for industrial equipment. After emigrating to the United States of America, he jointly formed a construction company working on government infrastructure projects in Florida. That construction expertise developed into the housing construction market where he built, renovated, or modernized housing developments throughout South Florida.
He joined Hydrosphere Power in a strategic partnership alliance, designing the first Closed Loop Accentuation Process Pods, in Fort Lauderdale, before moving to North Carolina where he led the team designing the scaled (40% of size) demonstration trailer. All the Research & Development was then focused into this working demo-trailer, and he in conjunction with members of Brunswick Community College bio-marine faculty cultivated algae from test-tube cultures to algal oil over twelve months. That part of the Research & Development then went to next stage of refining the quality of the oil extracted and concentrated on the researching and finding off the shelf components to make the multiple pod unit, fully operational. Marcio was joined by automation and instrumentation strategic partners where how Algærithm parameters will be designed into all the various integrated systems.
He further developed the LED pod lighting to offer a much larger range of daylight conditions. His expertise in most of the research & development phases of culturing algae and extracting oil in conjunction with Brunswick Community College, offered him the invaluable experience of experiencing how algae reacts to the epigenetics in its environment. This experience was paramount in both the LED lighting control but also in the overall dimension requirements for the accentuation pods.
